About Melius
With several years’ experience in the mortgage and protection industry, Melius have grown and developed their skills through helping many clients across the North West achieve their housing goals and dreams.
Due to many clients not meeting HSBC’s lending criteria, frustration grew and Melius was created in 2018, with the vision of giving clear, comprehensive range of advice, simplifying the mortgage process and enabling as many people as possible to climb and stay on the property ladder.
Having grown and expanded since it's inception, Melius is now a fully fledged Mortgage and Protection advice centre with the clear vision of helping to make mortgages accessible and understandable for everybody from first time buyers to experienced property investors.
